Case: Osama K. -

Osama K., a Swedish national, is suspected of travelling to Syria in 2014 and joining ISIS. He allegedly took part in the execution of a Jordanian pilot, who was burned alive by ISIS in 2015. He has already been convicted for his role in the 2015 Paris attacks, receiving a 30 year imprisonment sentence in June 2022. He is also suspected of being involved in the 2016 Brussels attacks. The Swedish Prosecution Authority is currently investigating his alleged time and actions in Syria, on suspicion of war crimes.
